A spacious, comfortable room with a kitchenette and balcony. Gorgeous views from the room overlooking Śnieżka and from the courtyard overlooking Rudawy Janowickie. The area is nice and quiet. The owner is friendly and helpful. Check‑in and check‑out are very convenient, with a coded safe. Highly recommend.

Good location. The building is clean and well‑maintained, clearly designed for room rentals. The view of Śnieżka and others is great. Large balconies—terraces with grill spots—and convenient parking are pluses. Rooms are fully equipped with bathrooms. We think that folding loungers on the balcony would be a big plus, adding comfort. People don’t want to strain on tiny chairs while on holiday. A better‑arranged lawn area at the entrance might help.

Everything needed was on site. The rooms are very nice and functional. A major plus is the parking space, the location, and the owner’s contact. Recommend.
