The hotel’s receptionist is probably the friendliest, speaks Czech, and tries to meet all your needs. Spa entries on the day of arrival and departure are great. Breakfast and dinner food is quite cold, even if you arrive on time. The room had a very strong hotel scent that could not be fully ventilated even with the window open, and it was irritating.

The reception was friendly and helpful. The thermal complex is gorgeous, with the salt grotto and clean rooms; on the day of departure you can still enjoy the spa all day. Dinner in the restaurant was cold, the selection was small, and there was no bar in the evening.

The hotel is part of a spa complex. During the day you can go to the hotel and back. Entry is included before check‑in and after check‑out. We had half‑board. Food could always be chosen, but the buffet was supplemented sporadically.

Breakfast was tasty, the staff were kind and ready to help. There was no echo from the neighboring room. In cooler weather, approaching the pools in an open space was unpleasant. The floor rugs were stained everywhere, even in the common area. In the bathroom, placing soap, bath foam, and hanging wet bathwear in the shower was impossible. The upper part of the wardrobe shelves was high, which could be problematic for shorter people. The TV only allowed about 7‑8 Hungarian channels to be set.
