The location is beautiful, close to the sea, but the service and staff attitude were terrible. The hotel is very well situated, just a few steps from the beach, and the room has a balcony with a clear, beautiful sea view. However, the experience with service and staff was very unsatisfactory: regarding car rental, we had planned to go out early in the morning and check out early to ask about renting a motorcycle. The staff agreed the day before, but the next day a different front‑desk staff changed the decision and said that after checking out it was no longer possible. The inconsistent information between shifts directly affected our schedule. As for cleanliness and service attitude, the hotel does not automatically clean, empty trash, or change towels when guests leave the room. Even when we called staff into the room to check the water heater, despite seeing a full room of trash, the staff ignored it and left, showing no intention to clean or help. The service was poor and unprofessional, and I will not return.
