The breakfast was superb, especially after touring the island; the facilities are star‑rated and I have to say it’s the absolute best. I would remove the carpet from the corridors, rooms, and evening areas because it’s old and dirty.

“Waste of money”

The proximity to the beach was a plus, but the beach itself was filthy and smelled of sewage. The staff were rude and tried to extract money from guests in any way possible. Rooms weren’t clean, there weren’t enough sun beds for the number of guests, and the cheap, overly sweetened drinks were terrible. Camel poop was everywhere. The hotel seemed nice 20 years ago but has fallen into disrepair. The pool has many sharp corners where small stones have broken off. They force guests to wear long trousers for dinner and charge €50 for that. Overall, it’s not worth the money; the staff were rude and sometimes even aggressive.

The staff were adorable! However, the service vendors (quad rides, camel tours…) harass you every day at the hotel. I was disappointed with the meals, which offered few Tunisian specialties.

Nothing good. There is a very racist black employee who swears and works at the gate.

The pool is beautiful, the staff are very friendly, and the place is calm. The cold cigarette smell is everywhere. Additional taxes at check‑in and check‑out. The décor is a bit old‑fashioned, especially the furniture; there’s no water bottle in the room, and it’s charged for that. Many frozen items in the pastries.
