I didn’t like the cigarette smell in the room, it felt like someone had smoked inside.

Good automated access. Somehow it lacks the spirit of human hosts.

The apartment was modern and tidy, with efficient air‑conditioning. The space was small but had everything needed, and the personal parking spot was a big plus. It would have been nicer if there were two armchairs instead of one so both guests had a seat.

The location was good, walking to almost everything, and there was a private parking space in the yard. The balcony was nice. The door code was simple, no keys to carry. In the bathroom, the grout had turned black and needed repair; the floor drain worked poorly, letting water sit on the floor and in the shower, and the whole room had a strong bad smell. The shower curtain also needed replacing. Upon arrival, a sharp odor was present in the room. The lamp over the bed was dusty and full of insects inside. The pillows could use new ones.
