“It was convenient and affordable but was daily uncomfortable with the feeling of dirty and the constant noise of others”
It was right near Hollywood and gave us good access to the city. And the staff were fairly friendly. It wasn’t the most kept clean and the blankets had stains on them, as well after sleeping in the bed I got bit roughly 20 times on my legs from bed bugs

Nada en absoluto : terminamos durmiendo en el coche. La ubicación que aparece en no corresponde con la ubicación real del alojamiento. Nos llevó a un lugar que no parecía estar funcionando como un motel: estaba prácticamente todo apagado, no había recepción ni personal atendiendo a los huéspedes y únicamente había una luz encendida. Al no encontrar el alojamiento operativo, preguntamos en el restaurante que había al lado, sus trabajadores nos dijeron que el lugar era extraño y uno de ellos nos ayudó, nos acompañó y preguntó a la única persona que finalmente encontramos allí. Esta persona nos proporcionó otra dirección. Fuimos a esa segunda dirección. Allí nos atendió otro señor, que nos explicó que iba a intentar ponerse en contacto con el responsable de nuestro alojamiento para comprobar si podían conseguirnos una habitación en algún establecimiento de la misma compañía. Esperamos aproximadamente media hora, pero finalmente nos dijo que no había conseguido ninguna habitación disponible y que no podía solucionarlo. Además, el estado del alojamiento era muy deficiente. Estaba sucio, había personas con un comportamiento sospechoso en el edificio y en los alrededores, se percibía un fuerte olor a drogas y la zona nos pareció insegura
The bed was comfortable. Arrived at one address, they had no room for me, told me to go to another location. Arrived there, they said no beds either. I just waited mainly to do I could rest a bit, while about five others were also waiting, and two more arrived for their booking and were turned away. Me and one other person were lucky and got a bunk each. The rest, who knows. Toilet about to fall over, courtyard was gross, moody staff with attitude, no sockets near beds. Located on a six lane road, really noisy. Couldn't wait to get out of there to be honest. Have stayed in loads of hostels and hardly write reviews or complain, but this was the worst. The pictures in the advert are of an entirely different property

A scam!. Upon arrival I was told „We are overbooked, please request a refund on booking“. Than, the accommodation never responded back to me. Than the customer service declined my request after telling them it is a scam, because the accommodation just told booking „He never showed up“ and booking believed them. Now I had to contact my credit card company to get a refund because of this scam
