The hotel's location is truly fantastic, offering breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere.
The food at the hotel was delicious, but I encountered a few problems during my stay, including a lack of hot water for showering, being charged 14 euros for bread I didn't order, and difficulty finding parking.
The hotel staff were very flexible when we wanted to check out earlier than usual, which was greatly appreciated.
The hotel's cleanliness and amenities more than made up for it.

“Mooie locatie en nette kamers”
The location was top, right in the center. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the little chapel. Vianden has not much to do, so the balcony was very nice for a little retreat without immediately crashing into bed. Check‑in was easy. The beds were made daily, fresh towels were placed in the bathroom and the bins emptied, which was great. We added breakfast for two of the three nights and found it fairly pricey (14 € per person per day) for what was offered. We both spent the two days at the buffet with the staff who were not yet working, which felt a bit odd. You can’t park for free at the hotel; there is one free spot within a 5‑minute walk but it’s usually full. We parked in a covered lot about 100 m from the hotel, costing about 10 € per day. I had read about mold in the bathroom in earlier reviews, and we had a small amount too. It’s cleaned, but some parts probably need replacing.

The location and staff were great, everything else was fine.
The room was well equipped, spacious, bathroom spacious, large bed and good mattress, breakfast super, beautiful setting. Pillows were not comfortable, too light, need to review.
The location and the quality of the food were good, but the noise was annoying.
The room and the whole hotel were spotless, and the restaurant’s dining room felt magical and very clean. The downside was the lack of a parking space, and the real problem lay with the town of Vianden’s parking lot, which forces you to recharge every three hours.
