The apartment is clean, roomy, and close to the Royal Palace. In August, the air conditioning was only in the bedroom, which wasn’t enough to cool the whole apartment due to Caserta’s heat and humidity. On top of that, sometimes there was no hot water for showers because the apartment is on the fifth floor.

Exactly as advertised—near the palace, the station, and all services. Quiet, comfortable, and clean. The host was very kind and present. I’d read several reviews complaining about the air conditioning only in the room, but when we arrived it was already on and the room was nice and cool, and the kitchen and bathroom doors were open so they were cool too. Honestly, those complaints seemed pointless.

The place was clean, organized, spacious, and well‑located. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the bathroom was great with a shower and a washing machine. The sofa and TV were nice. I just couldn't find a dish towel.
