A short 10‑minute walk brings guests to Kingscote’s town center, while the beach lies just across the street. The inn’s proximity to Kingscote Airport (15 minutes) and on‑site ironing and refrigerator facilities enhance convenience.

The position was great. The bathroom was good, but the sliding door onto the balcony needs work, as does the entrance door lock; the armchair has flaking vinyl, and the chairs are vinyl.

The location was superb, with lovely water views and a balcony to relax and take in the scenery; the room was large and walking to Kingscote town centre was easy. The bed sheets were stained and the room wasn’t cleaned during my stay.
