The hotel was not entertaining at all; I even found a cockroach in my bed, stains on the sheets, and the parking was messy with clutter everywhere.
The rooms were not well isolated from each other.

The good thing was the location relative to the city, the beach, and close to Royan, and the rooms were clean; however, the sign on the gate about selling explains the very degraded state of everything, no exterior or interior maintenance, the shutters cannot be closed, the room door is very capricious to shut, the bathroom is very small, the coffee maker has no coffee, it’s super hot inside, and when you open the window you hear people until very late in the garden houses that are practically touching our windows.
The service was awful and the reception was terrible.
