The staff were good and kind, the location was convenient, and the value for money was great. The place was quite dirty, the technology was outdated, and the air conditioning didn’t work.

I left my wallet (business card holder) at the hotel, but I received a call right away and a friend could pick it up. It’s close to the university, quiet, near Marubau Market, and absolutely fantastic! The food stalls are nearby too. It’s better than a hotel in a bustling downtown area! There were no negative points; everything was perfect!

The staff and location were solid. The rooms had a heater and a fridge. Cleanliness was an issue, and I spotted bugs 🪲.

The staff were helpful, but the cleaning was awful. The floors were filthy, covered in long black hair everywhere, and the bathroom floor hadn’t been swept or vacuumed in a long time. The only good thing was that the bed sheets and towels were clean; everything else was dirty and not properly cleaned. I saw several mice and cockroaches on the walls—really disgusting.
