Lamai Resort in Lamai, Koh Samui, offers spacious family rooms with air-conditioning, private bathrooms, and garden or inner courtyard views. Each room features a dining table, work desk, and free WiFi. The resort boasts a year-round outdoor swimming pool, kids' pool, shared kitchen, and minimarket, along with free off-site parking. It's a 13-minute walk from Lamai Beach and 12 km from Samui International Airport.

I stayed in a quiet spot, but the pool was closed and the pillows were too hard.

The location was great, the host was perfect, the bed was comfy, and the mini‑fridge worked well. The price was simple but very good value for money.

Large clean room, fridge, friendly and helpful staff. AC a bit weak for size of room. Mattress not particularly comfortable. 5 electric sockets on 1 side of room with only 1 near bed which was used by fridge, no socket in bathroom. Shower installed with Asian females in mind, not Western men. Location ok if you have own transport, otherwise 10 mins walk to 7-eleven down poorly lit roads that are prone to flooding. No electrical backup if power goes. My room was next to car park with vehicles coming and going at all hours there was also a mechanical "screeching" coming from a nearby area from evening to morning. No shaded communal areas i.e. smoking area
