The hotel was elegant, the breakfast was very good, and the staff were very friendly. The mattress might need replacing and the pillows and towels require urgent replacement.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk from Gloucester Rd tube. The staff were really friendly, the boutique feel and excellent value made the rooms feel very homely with lots of lovely little touches. Nothing to note.
