Excellent spot for a few days in Mérida; the hacienda feels very welcoming, with superb taste in design and everything on the premises. The staff are always attentive to needs, and the overall aesthetic is impeccable.

I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, the minibar was included and we enjoyed the snacks, and the restaurant food was delicious. However, the room was small compared to the photos, and for the price I expected better upkeep; the shower was somewhat neglected, and the air‑conditioning broke on the second night. Even though the staff moved us to another room, this should not happen in a hotel with such a rating.

We loved our stay here; the room was gorgeous and they were super generous with the included mini bar and snacks. The breakfast was incredible and the location is just a few streets from the centre—stepping through the door feels like entering a complete oasis. It’s a perfect escape from the heat. Nothing to complain about!
