I’ve been staying at the Rivan hotel since 2017. In the early years the breakfast was decent but not special; in the last two years it’s become very bad. In my most recent visit I paid for breakfast but didn’t eat it every day, preferring to eat outside the hotel. The shower water flow is very weak. You need to solve the mosquito problem. If the hotel weren’t close to the factory I wouldn’t stay there.

It was fairly clean, but the hotel smelled of smoke and people were smoking during breakfast, in the elevators and lobby. The staff don’t speak any English and are not very helpful. Breakfast was very ordinary.

location. Food items in breakfast is not as it used to be few years back, the break fast timing states upto 10.30am, very limited food items offered in break fast at 9.30am, this is very disturbing. Management should correct this asap

The hotel provided a pleasant stay, with friendly staff and a clean environment. However, minor issues with the sink and limited international charger options were encountered. Overall, the staff's helpfulness and warm atmosphere made up for these drawbacks.
