I only stayed one night and it was fine, but the air conditioner leaked water into the room.

The hotel’s location is excellent—right in the city center near the Cathedral, squares, and various tourist spots, with easy access to taxis and buses, plus a paid parking service for car renters. Breakfast is hearty and the staff are very helpful. When a fruit fell on the floor while I was looking for an attendant, he was already sweeping and mopping. The valet service was quick and satisfactory, and there’s a docking bay in front of the hotel. The room only has a mirror above the bathroom sink; a full‑length mirror would have been very useful, especially for couples. The bathroom lighting could be a bit brighter to aid makeup. Overall, everything was acceptable.
