The location, room size, cleanliness, and breakfast were all fantastic—everything was wonderful. I liked everything!!!

The location was perfect, with the hotel and pool overlooking the gorge. Our room was well-appointed and offered another fantastic view of the gorge. The food was excellent, and we enjoyed both dinner and breakfast at the hotel. We did a hike into the gorge, and the staff were very helpful in pointing us in the right direction to find the starting point, as it isn’t clearly marked from the main street near the bridge. I only wish we’d had an extra day to relax by the pool and soak up the wonderful ambiance! The hotel is also just a couple of blocks from Ronda’s main street, which has some fun shopping. We took a stroll after dinner to check things out, then returned after our 10:30 a.m. hike to enjoy some shopping. Overall, a wonderful place to stay in a beautiful location!

The location was amazing, and if you get the right room you can see the bridge clearly. The staff seemed indifferent. We arrived at 10 p.m., so there were only two people at the reception and in the lobby. We unloaded our luggage and walked into the lobby without anyone helping. I approached the reception and said hello, but no one looked up or greeted. After a minute I repeated, “hello, check in please,” and then they became nice. It was a weird experience. The next morning at breakfast and during check‑out the vibe was similar.

The location is excellent, right in the center of Ronda overlooking the main bridge, surrounded by many cafes and restaurants, and the view is amazing. We didn’t get a bridge view, but it was still good. The rooms are big and spacious, and we just loved the hotel’s pool to relax on afternoons with such a view. There was a bad smell coming from the toilet sewage.
