“Nice and friendly place but the service level could be better”
A cosy vintage place that dates back hundreds of years, with friendly service. We were promised a “gift” with our “Kro‑pas” but never received it. We’ve seen this problem at other places that support the “Kro‑pas”.

I found the place clean, tidy, the bed comfy, and the breakfast delicious, but the room faced a pretty busy road, which was a bit of a shock after two weeks of silence in Norway.
The breakfast was decent, but the beds were uncomfortable and both the bathroom and the overall room were of poor standard.
The food was good. The room was dark, dirty and smelled.
Maintenance was lacking; I was greeted by dirty outdoor furniture and dirty exterior walls, and the many trees around made the room feel dark.
