“Neadekvátna cena k poskytnutym sluzbam”
I understand that Český Tešín is a smaller provincial town and that hotel standards there can’t compete with big cities. However, at the price of €80 for an apartment (without breakfast), one would expect at least basic amenities to work. Throughout my stay the elevator kept failing; I managed to use it only once, fortunately right after arrival, going up with my luggage. The TV had no sound—no mute button, and I’m not a tech person, so that was frustrating. I couldn’t call the reception to report this (and they probably wouldn’t fix it over the weekend), and later in the evening no one was at reception. As a bonus, the hotel’s dining area is an Indian restaurant. I like the kitchen, but the spicy aroma spreads throughout the hotel, even to the third floor, and there’s nothing you can do about it. I was disappointed to be assigned to the second floor.
