“DECUS”
No breakfast, no coffee, and the shower was in a deplorable state, nothing like the ad. The tiles had mold, the drain plug was broken, emergency lighting was missing, there were no bedside lamps, the bedside tables were broken, a curtain was torn, and it felt more like a sleep‑seller than a hotel. I took photos and am requesting a partial refund of what I paid. The fire extinguisher was missing, the gate was broken, and I expect a sincere reply or else I’ll involve hygiene services or ADIL.
