“A great place to stay in Fakarava!”

We were thrilled with our time at Fare Moana, where Thierry and Marie—our amazing hosts—created a charming spot right in Fakarava’s center. They offered a complimentary airport pickup and guided us to our spotless room, which was roomy, had a comfy bed, AC, a fan, a nice hot shower, and solid Wi‑Fi. The lounge area felt cozy, and we enjoyed free tap water plus full kitchen access whenever we wanted to cook. The complimentary breakfast was a delightful start to each day, and the hosts let us rent bikes and pointed out the island’s best beaches. They were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to keep us satisfied. A bonus: Thierry had rescued two puppies, so we got to play with them all week! Nothing fell short—Māuruuru Marie & Thierry!

Our stay at Fare Moana was fantastic, thanks to Marie and Thierry. Marie was truly outstanding, offering great help with arrangements, sharing useful tips for exploring Fakarava, and engaging in many enjoyable chats. The location is superb, especially given the few restaurants on the island—all within easy reach. The room was snug, spacious, and very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved every moment at Fare Moana and would gladly return. Highly recommended!

“perfect stay”

The hosts are lovely, accommodating, and kind, always ready with useful information and quick to respond. The accommodation is very clean. The bed is comfortable, the place is tidy, and the owners are friendly and helpful. The walk to shops and restaurants is short.

“Beautiful accomodation and amazing hosts!”

Marie and Thierry are fantastic hosts. The two adults and a teenager in our group had plenty of space and felt very well cared for. Every detail matched the description, and the spot was close to the water and town. Breakfast was tasty, and we walked or biked everywhere. What a wonderful place in an amazing location!
