The dinner was tasty and the staff were excellent. The bathroom was a bit hard to get in and out of; perhaps next time you renovate the rooms, consider extending the bathroom into the bedrooms, as the bedrooms are large enough.

The bed was super comfy and the room temperature was just right. We also appreciated the good variety of vegetarian and vegan dishes for breakfast. However, we booked a premier room for three adults and expected a little extra. The third person’s mug and bath towel were missing. I was also let down by the snacks: for three people we only received one Kit Kat, one packet of crisps and two biscuits, whereas in the past we had three of each. The bathroom soap was empty and the conditioner bottle was placed with the soap by the sink instead of in the shower.

Because we arrived early, we could park our car there and check in later. When we opened the door, a man in his underwear was already staying in the room. The breakfast was inedible because it was cold.

Great location, good breakfast, and a comfortable room. I’d stay there again.
