Guest House Maxim

We stayed at the five‑star spot for one night. Three people shared a triple room with single beds, while two others had a double bed in a separate room. The beds were comfortable, and we checked in early in the morning. Each room had its own toilet. The kitchen area was fully equipped, and there was a washing machine, Wi‑Fi, and an inner courtyard with a covered table. Shops, cafés, bakeries, and bus stops were within walking distance. The beach at Green Point was better than the one at Botanical Garden. The only downside was the lack of a microwave.

The hosts Murman and Naira were very nice, showing everything and explaining it thoroughly. They gave us a free bus payment card. We topped up our own card and used it as needed. They found everything we asked for, were polite, and always greeted us with a friendly smile. They live on the second floor of the house. Below, there’s a small kitchen with a fridge, washing machine, gas stove, and all the dishes. By the way, both speak Russian well. The house is old‑style, and I didn’t like the towels, sheets, and the blankets.

“Чудесный отдых!”

The location was extremely convenient—close to the sea, pharmacies, shops, and a bus stop. The owners of the guest house were wonderful people; many thanks for their help and attention. The only complaint: the time felt relentlessly fleeting!

Everything was fine. I needed a bed and a shower, just to sleep and shower. I got everything. I didn’t need the balcony, and the view from the window wasn’t important. The hosts were friendly and treated us like guests. I recommend it.
