“Excellent”

The breakfast was decent, but the bathroom cleanliness was a letdown. It was a shame, because the breakfast options were okay.

The staff were incredibly patient and helpful when we struggled to communicate due to the language barrier. They went out of their way to assist us with our problems, which was much appreciated. Unfortunately, the bed was a letdown - the sheets were stained and torn, and there were cigarette butts in the ashtray. The maintenance was also subpar, and the whole place felt old and worn out.

We were happy with the location, it was close to everything we needed. However, the breakfast was pretty basic and didn't offer much variety. It was a shame, because we were looking forward to a more substantial meal.

“Overall it was a Good Stay”

The hotel's location was the best part, with a good-sized room to boot. The staff were helpful, courteous, and professional, making our stay all the more pleasant. However, there were some minor maintenance issues, and the dinner service was a bit slow. The food wasn't bad, but it wasn't exactly great either. The complimentary breakfast had some good options, but the taste was just okay.
