Check‑in was a bit of a hassle; you can receive the code via SMS or the booking site.

The double room (Nr16) was on the first floor and the box‑spring bed was comfortable; the bathroom was okay. The windows had shutters and Raff Rollos, so the room could be darkened well. However, the room faced the street, so even with the windows closed I could hear traffic, and across the street was a church. Because my stay fell on a Sunday, the bells rang at about 7 am. There are also courtyard‑side rooms that are probably quieter. Breakfast was sparse with limited choices, and my wife ate scrambled eggs that seemed to contain salmonella because the eggs were not fresh; she only took one bite and left the rest.
