Polite staff and everything spotless; towels are changed daily and trash is taken out every day.

The toilet in the room was dirty and mold grew in the shower. The receptionist was almost always absent, so I had to wait until she appeared. The room had two glasses but no drinking water. The TV, though unnecessary for me, only had three channels, which might matter to someone else. The location left a bad impression. Bedding and other items bore the “Black Sea” logo, not the hotel’s. I expected at least a free coffee at the reception for the price, but it was an extra charge and not cheap for the quality. A latte with whipped cream (in tiny plastic bags of cream poured straight into the cup) and an Americano cost 110 UAH, and it was served in a disposable cup.
