“Bad and not clean”

Water was everywhere on the floor; someone needed to dry the room before renting it, and when I cleaned it they charged me an extra 50 for making the towel dirty.

“Dirty hotel needs lot of work and better housekeeping”

The enclosed parking was somewhat secluded. I do not recommend this hotel. Cleanliness was poor, towels were supposed to be white but they weren't, gross. The shower water was brown. The desk chair was so old and the material was so slick that you slid right off the chair so that was useless. Most hotels these days offer almost an unlimited amount of hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Not this hotel, they are still using extremely small bottles of soaps and only had one of each in our room for the 4 of us. There were only 2 bath towels in the room for our party of 4. Only 2 pillows on each bed, usually a hotel has 4 on each bed. The room smelled gross. I really don't have anything good to say about this hotel.

“They will scam you and charge your card for things that you weren't even yours”

I was upset when they charged my debit card the next day for extra fees, claiming it was because the hotel had two stained towels that bleach couldn't remove; they sent me photos of those towels, and I can assure you those towels didn't come from our room—one looks like it has eye makeup in the corner, while the other is completely moldy, which is absurd; their breakfast was a joke, only stale pastries, no fruit, bad coffee, and a bit of orange juice, and overall they feel like scammers who will come back and charge you for unrelated items.

The breakfast offered a choice of packaged small pastries, granola bars, and coffee. The floor was dirty upon arrival, so I had dirt on my feet from walking in the room. The toilet paper holder was broken, and I could hear people upstairs and next door.
