“Relax per tutta la famiglia!”
Everything was perfect, the staff and the property are fantastic. First experience in a family hotel with a 7‑month‑old child. We feared a vacation full of animators and little relaxation, but Hotel Serena has the ability to entertain children without bothering those who aren’t interested in the service. Brilliant. An unforgettable holiday. Nothing.
A stay that I’d say was perfect for me and my family! Services for kids, the play area, the spa for adults, the dining staff were extremely kind and always ready to satisfy the whims of the little ones… the dinner menu was a wonderful discovery… truly compliments to the chef who surprised us with very good dishes!!! Dinner was always a pleasant discovery! Compliments to all the staff who made our stay enjoyable for both adults and children. We hope to return soon!

The staff are welcoming, everything is within reach of a child. Everyone is very helpful. The only thing we felt was that the baby club management should be divided into more age groups, because from 1 to 3 years the needs of the little ones are quite distinct both in activities and spaces.

The staff were extremely kind, very attentive and available for any need: we checked in late because of traffic and the staff let us have dinner in the room, delicious! Breakfast buffet with a few à la carte dishes that were varied and good, they also serve freshly made fruit and vegetable juices. The spa is beautiful, very large and clean, the only part of the hotel not accessible to children (relax guaranteed). Check‑in and check‑out were quick thanks to simple online communication. The room was clean and essential. Nothing.
