“Very polite and friendly staff”
The staff were very friendly throughout my family’s stay. El Nido Royal Palm Inn arranged the van transfer from the airport and helped book Tour A in advance. Breakfast was excellent, and the view from the top deck was beautiful. The Wi‑Fi/internet is poor.
The lobby piano and the breakfast area’s view were highlights. The bathroom couldn’t be locked, and there was no fridge or electric kettle in the room.
“All the staf are courteous and friendly! Thank you Sir Alfred for assisting us with all our concern and for arranging o”
The room was roomy, spotless, and had a cozy bed, a heater, a large bathroom, and strong water pressure. They serve plated breakfast that’s very filling, and the sunset view is the best. The restaurant food is delicious. There is no elevator, and the location is a bit far from downtown—if you don’t like walking, you’ll need to budget for transport. The area has no signal for all networks. Wi‑Fi is available but still could be better; it’s not recommended for working.
“Belle vue mais je ne recommande pas”
Some rooms offer a nice view, though not every one does, and the noise was terrible – every morning we were jolted awake by the clatter of chairs from the breakfast hall directly above, and at 1 am we were disturbed by people shouting and laughing loudly in the corridors, even some staff members joining in. On three consecutive nights a man working a grinder down the building kept us up, and the bathroom often smelled of sewage. The room was cheap but clean, the air‑conditioning was mediocre, and the French‑door wouldn’t shut, so anyone could wander onto the balcony and enter our room.
The room was simple yet pretty, and the bathroom was spacious. The hotel has a beautiful terrace for breakfast.
