The lodge’s location is great, but the breakfast is limited to just bread and tapioca every day, with no variation. The room had no TV at first, though it was later provided after I asked. The pool water was murky, full of branches and leaves falling from the trees.

The staff were friendly and the place stayed tidy, but breakfast was disappointing – for three days I got the same spread, sometimes even leftovers from the previous day. The mattress was awful; you could feel the springs.

I fell in love with the lodge! The price‑quality ratio is superb, and staff like Nicolas and Mica are divine. The breakfast is excellent, and the kitchen girls made amazing tapiocas. Nothing to complain about.
