The staff were kind, but the rooms lacked proper ventilation and no water bottle was provided. The room needed a refresh and cleaning, especially the shower, which was moldy and had a broken wooden pallet. Breakfast was the same each morning.

“Excellent staff excellent location but poor facilities It could be better”

The location was excellent and the staff, especially Gilbert, were very hospitable and kind, doing their best to make us comfortable. However, the place really needs work to reach standard; it’s very old and they didn’t even offer a water bottle in the rooms. Breakfast was the same every day and we didn’t have hot water on the first day.

“Lovely hotel rooms in a lush garden atmosphere. There is a restaurant on the premises.”

The location was lovely, and I enjoyed walking on the steep stone‑paved sidewalks. In the evening I had two cold beers while chatting with friends around a nice fire pit; the open flames added to the relaxation and peace of the well‑landscaped gardens. There were no issues with my stay.

The room and the environment were always clean, and the manager, Gilbert, was very kind and receptive. I loved every bit of my stay there!
