The staff were friendly and helpful, but the wifi was spotty and there was no TV connection.
“Aucune correspondance entre ma réservation et ce qui m’a été proposé sur place, au final j’ai payé une chambre plus cher”
Unfortunately, my stay was marred by a lack of professionalism from the front desk staff, who seemed unfamiliar with standard hotel procedures and presented themselves poorly.
“Réservation non honorée.”
The property claimed it was no longer affiliated with the brand, even though my booking was marked "confirmed"; I was forced to pay an extra amount outside the usual channel, higher than my reservation.
“Cet établissement est tout simplement non professionnel”
The hotel's prime location was a major highlight, but it was unfortunately marred by a frustrating experience with the concierge upon arrival. The discrepancy in pricing displayed on Booking and the actual price charged caused significant inconvenience, leading to a lengthy and uncomfortable discussion in the middle of the night.
“Unsettling Booking Experience at a Disreputable Hotel”
The hotel's claim of no longer being affiliated with Booking.com, despite a confirmed reservation, led to a surprise payment request exceeding the original booking amount. This unexpected demand caused significant inconvenience and financial stress.
