“Great but noisy”

Friendly and attentive staff, clean rooms, solid security, and hot water. The location is great if you want to be in the Golden Zone, but the window between our room and the street didn’t block any sound. Every night it was a struggle to fall asleep because the neighborhood was noisy, and the busy location was a double‑edged sword: fun to walk right onto the main street, but not fun to hear traffic at night. The hotel should invest in better, sound‑proof windows.

“Excelente ubicación justo con lo necesario para conocer la ciudad”

The staff were very friendly, and the rooms had just what was needed. The location was excellent, very close to the beach and the tourist area. The only way to get natural light in the room was by opening a curtain to the lobby, which reduced privacy a bit. A thin curtain in addition to the blackout would have been nice.

The price relative to what the hotel offers is completely fair. The noise from the Boulevard was a problem.

“En general una buena experiencia.”

It’s right in the Golden Zone, so at night there’s music at a very loud volume everywhere, but if you don’t like the festive atmosphere, Mazatlán isn’t for you. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work.
