“CON CHINCHES”

The location was perfect, but staying at this hotel was an experience I wish no one had. The room assigned to me was infested with bed bugs; I discovered it the worst way—waking up with bites and ending up with a reaction. I left feeling ill and had to quarantine my clothes and luggage to avoid bringing the infestation home. What irks me most is that nobody seemed surprised or ready to handle it; they filed a report and moved me to another room, but that didn’t solve the bed‑bug problem. I had to stay there and sleep with the lights on until morning, and I’m now looking for another place. If you’re unaware, this is a *PUBLIC HEALTH EMERGENCY*. Be very careful and check your rooms before staying.

The room was better than expected for the price. We paid for breakfast, but only milk and coffee were available.

Check‑in was smooth, staff friendly and helpful. The late‑night traffic was a nuisance, and the breakfast variety could have been improved.

“misleading. no breakfast, Great walking location.”

The location was near grocery stores and other convenient spots, the ice machine worked, and the custodians were nice. The room smelled of smoke, then another room had mold, and breakfast consisted of freezer‑burnt waffles, toast, or Froot Loops with artificial orange juice—hardly a breakfast, so I think the hotel doesn’t offer breakfast. The front desk host was a bit snappy, so I gave them a 6/10. The room was clean, but overall it felt like a motel, 4/10.
