The room is equipped with a TV, satellite channels, tea/coffee maker, iron, safety deposit box, desk, telephone, and socket near the bed, as well as a sofa.
The King Room with KL Tower View accommodates up to three guests and can be supplied with a crib. It includes a king‑size bed, a sofa, a desk, tile/marble flooring, a socket beside the bed, an iron and a safety‑deposit box. The en‑suite bathroom provides a bath, a walk‑in shower, a bidet, a toilet, free toiletries, towels, a bathrobe and slippers, and the room also offers a TV with satellite channels, a telephone and a tea/coffee maker.
The room had cockroaches, and I showed the staff a video. The swimming pool felt like a haunted house and lacked hygiene. My room was changed twice, and sometimes the AC didn’t work while other times the door keys were missing. Horrible experience.
It was my first stay here and everything was very good. The hotel’s proximity to the monorail station makes it easy to get around, and a mall is right in front of the hotel if you need anything. The breakfast was the best—uncrowded with many food options. Room service was good, the mattress was the best and soft. I’ll come back again.
The hotel was stunningly beautiful and peaceful, and the surroundings were just as lovely.
For an older hotel, it still holds up well and exudes a sense of class and elegance. The facilities could use some upgrades to better accommodate families with children.
