Great staff and a fairly reasonable breakfast. The room is quite small. There was only one blanket and it was cold, so we had to ask the reception for an extra one. The pillows are also uncomfortable.

Parking is included and breakfast is satisfactory; the restaurant TV only slightly bothers me. Getting there by car is easy. The hotel, still fairly new, shows clear signs of maintenance issues. The bathroom exhaust makes a grating noise from a worn bearing. The shower support has come loose from the wall and the shower itself doesn't work. The restaurant air‑conditioning is loud, making the environment uncomfortable. Window sound insulation is zero; though the external noise isn't the hotel's fault, the deliberate exhaust of motorcycles and car sounds throughout the night makes sleeping impossible. Worse, this problem recurs. C. Lafaiete feels like a city without law and police at night. Zero points for that mayor.
