The staff were helpful and the location is good. No other issues.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, letting me into my room early. The location is spot‑on, right in the heart of Walking Street’s action yet far enough away to keep the noise from ruining a good night's sleep. I have no complaints at all – the hotel runs smoothly and housekeeping leaves the rooms spotless. Nothing should change.

The staff are friendly and always help us. If I go back to Pattaya for another holiday, I would definitely stay at Grand Hotel Pattaya again.
