Overall, the hotel is quite good, but the service staff’s awareness and attitude could use improvement. The facilities are excellent and the views are stunning. The downstairs bar, hot spring, sauna, and evening bonfire were all very enjoyable. The only drawback was that at check‑in we were assigned a very poor room that didn’t match the booking site photos, so we went downstairs to discuss it with the front desk. They quickly swapped us into a room that matched the booking photos, but when we returned to our new room we found that the inferior room had been reassigned to another Chinese guest.

The place is amazing with a breathtaking view. Rooms are spacious and the service staff are very helpful, plus the breakfast is excellent! No negatives.
