The room was pleasantly large with a small terrace to sit and enjoy the garden; there were even a few small food items. Everything was beautifully decorated and very clean.

“silenzio e confort”

Positioning of the B&B: on the way to and from Orvieto you can admire the town’s profile perched on the rock. The location makes it a quiet spot. The room is very spacious and clean (laundry and towels spotless, walls immaculate). The owner is always available and caring (she left coffee pods, milk, water and croissants even though breakfast wasn’t included in the price). There’s an outdoor table where you can eat outside. The bathroom is comfortable and clean.

“A beautiful stay on the outskirts, peaceful and nature filled.”

The property was beautiful with an arbour and roses right outside the door! The studio room was spacious and well equipped with everything needed to cook simple meals. The shower had good pressure and hot water. The bed was comfortable for us. The owners were very helpful and supplied any information we asked for. Although we liked that it is a bit away from Orvieto, it is a bit of a distance and wouldn’t be great if you didn’t have a car. It is very close to Rocca Ripesena, which feels like a mini Orvieto (the owners told us about it, it was sooo cute!). The window opens but has deep wells so not much natural light on the backside. We could hear some noise from others around but it wasn’t too bad. Overall we loved it here.

A very warm welcome from Monia. Everything was super and very clean. Excellent location for visiting Orvieto and its surroundings.
