The location and building construction were good, but the restaurant service under the manager was poor, the rest rooms were worse, and the water was black, which made the stay worse.

Only the location was peaceful and close to nearby restaurants and shops, but the hotel room didn’t match expectations, there was a foul smell from the bathroom area, the furniture looked a bit old, and the ambiance wasn’t very good.

The staff barged into my room without asking, never knocked or rang the bell even though I had a "do not disturb" sign posted outside. I had no privacy at all, and when I spoke to the manager they ignored the issue, so I had to file a police complaint.

The room service was highly unprofessional, especially the worker named KUMAR (21 YR GUY); they had no common sense to knock on the door and just opened it, entered, and stared at us—no privacy at all. In the room you could feel a strong odd smell, and the bedspread and pillows also smelled odd. The AC didn’t work properly; after 5 min it showed an error. The fans were too noisy, and we had to wait 15 min for hot water. The food tasted good, but the bill was too high because the waiters scammed around 300–400 INR extra and wouldn’t provide a bill.
