Miguel and Marian are the kind of people who turn a place to sleep into an experience you carry with you. From the start everything flowed with incredible naturalness. The welcome was warm, close, and free of unnecessary formality. You can see they genuinely enjoy what they do, and that shows in every detail. The breakfast deserves a special mention; each morning we woke up thinking about it, and it never let us down. If there was one thing that could lift this stay to another level, it would be the dinner at La Casueña. I’m not exaggerating when I say it’s among the best I’ve had in a long time, with quality ingredients, real flavor, and a touch of lovingly‑made cooking that’s getting harder to find. My partner and I agreed without hesitation: it’s the best experience we’ve had in an accommodation to date. It’s not just the place or the food; it’s the whole mix, especially the people behind it. We’ll return. Lanuza and La Casueña already have a spot on our list of places to revisit. Thank you, Miguel and Marian. You’ve set the bar very high. 🙏 The only unrelated note is that we were unlucky and the lake was a bit dry, so we didn’t get the view we expected.
