The place was great, with a very spacious and comfortable room, excellent staff who were always friendly and helpful, convenient tram access, and a nice walk along the river – nothing to complain about.

The proximity to the tram made it easy to reach the center and the room was spacious, but the breakfast was too limited for a 4‑star hotel and the price was high for the overall quality.

The staff were very friendly and helpful; the room was large and comfortable with an excellent bathroom, a coffee machine, water, and a mini‑bar, and the location by the river was perfect for boarding our ship.

The location was great, close to the quays and opposite halls 14 and 15; the room was very spacious with a large bed and good bedding, separate toilet and shower, and the staff were very friendly, but the soundproofing was average, especially when doors slammed, and room 402 faced a wall so the view was not nice.
