“Find somewhere else!!!!”
We booked a stay and the house was freezing; we were told the heating didn’t work! Why rent it out? We went to take a shower and there was no water. The owner tried to fix it, moved us to another property they owned, but we had to leave a day earlier and find other accommodation. We moved three times in five days. We got a refund for the last night but were denied a refund for the inconvenience of the first night. Sassi Bianchi is very dated, run down, and hard to find. The rooms are dark and unwelcoming. The facilities were terrible, the gardens were unkempt, and the tennis court was unusable. There are no beautiful Tuscan views at all. The picture in the ad is just an aerial view of the property; it doesn’t look like that now. The owner says they speak English but they don’t.
