The hosts were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome right from the late check‑in. Breakfast was tasty and plenty, and Peter always made sure everyone had what they needed. The only downside is the location – a bit off the beaten path, so you’ll need a car or a taxi to get into town. If you plan that ahead, it’s fine.

We stayed in a spacious, comfortable room and only had one day, but we’ll definitely return. The taxi to the city center is a bit pricey, which cuts into the budget for the ski pass.

Breakfast was tasty with a good selection, and dinner offered two options; the staff were helpful. The modern dining area and ample parking were nice. We expected better facilities, especially a sauna, though the small ski rental worked fine. Because there was no snow in January, the nearby cross‑country trail was closed, so we had to drive to Ramsau.
