The hotel looked stunning and had a cozy, positive vibe that we loved in every way. We enjoyed every moment, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and we didn’t encounter any problems. The location was ideal with easy access to all attractions, and the view was beautiful. The villa was well built and well maintained, and the room was neat and clean with a balcony and a bathtub. Everything was cozy, warm, and positive—nothing was missing.

The hospitality and location were good, but because it’s a heritage hotel the room didn’t feel luxurious and it wasn’t worth the money.

The service was good, but renovation work was happening on the rooftop until October and the hotel didn’t let us know beforehand or mention it. Since rooftop dining is their selling point, we couldn’t use it. It also wasn’t very kid‑friendly; the Deluxe room was small and there was no early check‑in.
