“Appoggio per una notte a Bali in attesa di volo, ok”

I used the hotel as a one‑day stopover in Bali, and the location was convenient—just 15 minutes to the airport and a walk to Kuta’s center. The pool area was quiet, and the property offered a wellness center, a gym, and three restaurants (Italian, Thai, Indonesian). On arrival we were given a free room upgrade. However, the upgraded bathroom had a bad smell and the room wasn’t well sound‑proofed, whether against neighboring rooms or the street. Other than that, everything was fine.

“Lovely gardens but bit far away from things for us”

The gardens and pool area look gorgeous, and the staff were very kind and friendly. It was frustrating that the pool towels were used to reserve the limited number of sun loungers each morning and staff didn’t enforce this. Food and drinks were great, but the taxes made us reluctant to drink by the pool. The location wasn’t ideal for us because we prefer the restaurants in Legian and Seminyak; we thought we’d try Kuta but it felt too far out.
