The location was spot on, everything was within walking distance. Unfortunately, the property had a serious rodent problem: rats roamed the parking lot all night until sunrise, darting under cars and jumping into engines. They weren’t in the room, but seeing them was unsettling and hard to forget.

Exterior in good shape. Price was very good. TV and Wifi were fine. Walking distance to Target, Santiagos restaurant and Sam's No. 3 Diner with full bar which were both very good. Clean refrigerator. Room was shabby and needs updating. Door was about 3/4 inch above the ground at the threshold. Bed sheet had a big stain top Right portion discovered upon leaving. It went straight through to the mattress so appears it was the last resident's . meaning: they didn't change the sheets before I arrived for two nights. No breakfast there, no coffee in room. No coffee in lobby, short desk hours, tub and sinks were in need of replacement. Small single bar of soap, no shampoo. Location was not close to 10th and Broadway where I needed to be

We did'nt like it at all! The staff are not accommodating. The shower is not working properly and the floor was so dirty! So disgusting! Never ever recommend this hotel! It's a nightmare! The hotel was clean and the availability was convenient. The front doors were in terrible shape, and the bed was small and uncomfortable.

The location was close to downtown. The mattress was poorly plush and there were no toiletries.
