The location was good, the staff excellent, the facilities amazing, and the experience felt luxurious. The wait for breakfast was sometimes a little annoying but didn’t really bother me.

The location was great and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The elevators were out of order, so being on the 16th floor made it a bit inconvenient while we waited for assistance. Our room was close to a staff doorway, so we could hear it opening and closing throughout the night. The room was spacious, but it only had a double bed that felt a bit odd; a king as described would have been better.

I liked how the staff approached me and the facilities, especially the breakfast; they even offered to book a cab for me on departure. However, the black cab they arranged was unreliable; since I’m from London, he drove around the neighbourhood several times before heading back onto the main road, clearly trying to boost his fare.
