“Need to fix the little things to make it better.”
Breakfast was good, but there wasn’t enough seating; I requested a first‑floor room and wasn’t told why I didn’t get one, the reception staff moved slowly, and a Pepsi cost $6 which I didn’t buy.
“Convenient stop off on way through Saskatchewan”
Convenient, but no elevator; I can’t explain what bothered me about the front‑desk clerk, though I didn’t feel very welcomed.
“Good value, clean, quiet, efficient check in and out.”
This place was a pretty standard comfort Inn, and probably a notch above most. Clean, quiet, a good value. No elevator, but you know that ahead of time. It’s not a real problem
The place was clean, centrally located, and reasonably priced, but the desk staff were a bit grumpy and unfriendly.
“Kofferservice, Getränke”
The location and the politeness of the lady behind the reception at check‑out were good, but there is no lift. If we wanted a room on the ground floor (Level 1/Lobby) we would have had to pay extra; this should be mentioned or selectable. No help was offered with luggage, and we could have bought water on site for 5 CAD for 20 oz / 5.91 dl.
