The corridors are noisy; the noise insulation is very poor, so even small sounds from the next room and the corridor—like doors closing—can be heard. I couldn’t sleep peacefully during my 3D2N stay. Management should seriously consider installing door stoppers or soft‑closing mechanisms to reduce the noise. This is a basic issue that needs to be addressed, especially for guests who expect a comfortable and restful stay.

The location is fantastic, everything nearby, right across from the Mall of Indonesia. The hotel facilities are amazing, from a nice restaurant, pool hall, nightclub, to live music and DJs every evening. You hear nothing from the room. The only downside is that my vacation felt too short.

The hotel’s location is simply perfect, right across from the Mall of Indonesia, making shopping, salons, and restaurants very accessible. The rooms aren’t sound‑proof; occupants in nearby rooms were loud even at 6 o’clock in the morning, which was frustrating when I wanted to sleep and relax on holiday. I told the receptionist, who informed the nearby guests, but it made no difference.
